Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Transformation professional to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead or support the planning, scoping, and execution of transformation projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver improvement opportunities with clear financial and operational benefits.
  • Provide hands-on support in delivering change initiatives, including change management planning, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
About You:

To be effective in this position, you should have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, MBA, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in management consulting, transformation, process, and operational redesign or restructuring and offshoring.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, particularly within a multinational context.
  • Change management experience, with a demonstrated ability to guide organisations through significant transitions.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and proficiency in consulting methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical capabilities.
