Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide personal care, social support, and domestic assistance to clients in their homes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
  • Social Support: Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and outings
  • Domestic Assistance: Provide light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation services
  • Support with Mobility: Assist clients with walking aids and use of personal equipment
About the Role

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in their community. As a Community Support Worker, you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored plans to support them.

  • Requirements:
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home & Community Care
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • A valid National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
  • An Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Minimum two doses of COVID-19 vaccination
  • A smartphone with internet access
