Our organization is seeking a Support Worker to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients living in their own homes, promoting their independence and improving their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent support to clients and colleagues
  • Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, to engage with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Experience working in the disability sector or willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Current NDIS Worker screening check and CPR/First Aid certification
