Senior Care Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters socialisation and community engagement.


About the Role
  • Care for our guests while they connect with their community and spend a day socialising and supported by our team of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Create engaging activities and programs to promote socialisation and community involvement.
  3. Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional care and support services.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.

Requirements
  • No formal qualification is necessary, but Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage.
  • A current Working With Children Check clearance.
  • Availability to work Monday.
  • First Aid certification desirable.
  • Empathy and compassion are essential qualities for this role.
  • Good administrative skills and computer literacy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
