Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to drive subscriber engagement growth for our leading business publication. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging data and insights to deliver a continuous program of work that engages and retains our subscriber base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engagement campaigns to drive retention objectives and achieve revenue goals.
  • Own the creative development process for campaigns.
  • Use behavioural data and subscription insights to build compelling messaging and triggers to further engagement and improve retention across the subscriber customer lifecycle.
  • Contribute new ideas and thinking to help drive innovation, ensuring subscribers feel connected with our newsrooms and part of our community.
  • Conduct ongoing campaign tracking, testing, reporting and analysis to form and communicate insights.
  • Build strong and open relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A Marketing Coordinator or similar looking for the next step in their career.
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing and campaign management, including campaign planning, creative briefing, execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
