Hatch is seeking a skilled Marketing professional to support our sales team, property management, and BDM department in growing our business.

We are looking for an entry-level marketer with a keen interest in real estate, knowledge of marketing and social media management, and experience with Adobe Suite and Photoshop.

The ideal candidate should possess photography and videography skills, an innovative and growth-oriented mindset, and strong time management and deadline adherence skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketing analytics and reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts
  • Project coordination: Ensure effective and timely project execution by coordinating people and processes

Apart from these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate:

  • Decision-making: Determine the most appropriate action based on costs and benefits
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changes and ambiguity in various situations
  • Attention to detail: Accurately identify and rectify discrepancies or errors
