Marketing Leader for Strategic Growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Execution and Innovation: Lead marketing initiatives, develop multi-channel campaigns, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, innovation, and industry best practices.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage team performance and culture, oversee budget planning and reporting, and ensure efficient resource use while supporting broader performance outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive B2B Marketing Expertise: Over 8 years of experience in dynamic, matrixed environments—especially in professional services and alliance ecosystems—with a strong track record in managing complex projects and delivering results across global structures.
  • Strategic Communication Skills: The ability to synthesise complex ideas into impactful messaging.
