We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll be responsible for running our restaurant, driving sales growth, and managing costs. You'll uphold high safety standards, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure our products meet quality expectations.

As a leader, you'll model our Excellence culture and core principles. You'll support the Restaurant General Manager, run effective shifts, and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Upholding high safety standards and maintaining restaurant safety
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Managing inventory, labor, and supplies
  • Supporting the Restaurant General Manager with people-related tasks
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve restaurant operations
