About the RoleA Senior Operations Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and security standards are met, and lead a dedicated team at our Point Wilson facility.
- Operate and manage the Point Wilson facility effectively.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the site team for optimal resource allocation and operational success.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, and service providers.
- Maintain compliance with security, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
The successful candidate will have experience in logistics and multi-mode transport operations, with a proven track record in leading and developing teams. A background in Defence and/or EO supply chain would be advantageous.
