Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled marketing leader to join our team as Head of APAC/ANZ. This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing efforts across both regions, driving business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for APAC and ANZ, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketers to deliver exceptional results, driving engagement, and conversion across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including the APAC president and global CMO.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
