About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Leader to lead our marketing efforts in the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) regions. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and engage with our customers in these regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for APAC and ANZ, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketers to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and communications, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives and ensure ROI.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC and ANZ markets, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketers.
