About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled marketing leader to join our team as the Head of APAC/ANZ, Marketing Strategy. This is a unique opportunity to lead our marketing efforts in the Asia-Pacific and Australia/New Zealand regions, driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for APAC/ANZ, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketers to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels and tactics to engage with consumers and businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and communications, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including the APAC President and Global Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and headcount to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
