Lead Educator Role

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your administrative hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to excel in your role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that foster a safe, fun, and compliant environment for children, while building strong relationships with schools and the community.
  • Establish effective relationships with schools, teachers, and parents, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day, meeting the diverse needs of children and their families.
  • Foster genuine connections with children, educators, and the wider community, promoting a sense of belonging and social cohesion.
  • Manage service compliance, medical documentation, and staff rosters with ease, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
