Director of Outside School Hours Care

This is a permanent and full-time role with some flexibility for working from home between service times.

  • Develop enriching experiences for primary-aged children and build strong relationships with schools and local communities.
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver daily programs, manage and roster your team, and ensure service compliance and medical documentation.
  • Work closely with school Principals and foster genuine relationships with children and their families.

Some key responsibilities include:

  1. Building a positive relationship with the school community and being an active member within the school and local area.
  2. Leading a team of passionate educators and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  3. Developing and implementing high-quality programs that meet the needs of primary-aged children.
  4. Managing and maintaining accurate records, including service compliance and medical documentation.
