We exist to deliver engaging experiences for primary-aged children before school, after school and during school holidays.

  • To create this experience, we are seeking a talented Director of Service who will be responsible for developing a safe and fun program that meets all requirements.
Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team of educators to design engaging activities that foster strong relationships with the school and community. This includes managing service compliance and medical documentation, building connections with the school and local community, and planning enriching experiences every day.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be a natural communicator, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be enthusiastic about creating enjoyable experiences for children.

  • This role requires a flexible approach, as the employee will be able to set their own administration hours from home or across one to five days per week.
