About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to facilitate a fun, safe and compliant program for primary aged children. This role involves developing and maintaining daily plans and organisation of activities, as well as supervising and supporting a group of children.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to form positive relationships with children, families and the school community. They will also be responsible for preparing and serving healthy food options and nurturing a positive environment for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a fun, safe and compliant program
  • Create daily plans and organisation of activities
  • Supervise and support a group of primary aged children
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the school community
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning

Requirements:

  • You have an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare
  • You have completed or are studying towards a childcare related Diploma or equivalent
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain)
  • You have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)
