**Job Opportunity: Primary-Aged Children Coordinator**

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to join our team as a Primary-Aged Children Coordinator. As the Director of Service, you will be responsible for leading a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, planning engaging activities, supervising children, and building strong relationships with the school and community while managing the service.

**About the Role**

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

**Responsibilities**
  • Lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant programme.
  • Plan engaging activities and supervise children.
  • Build strong relationships with the school and community.
  • Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
**Requirements**
  • Natural leadership skills.
  • Passion for teaching primary-aged children.
  • Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to have fun.
  • Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
