Children's Program Lead

This is a permanent casual role that involves leading/assisting our school holiday workshops, after-school classes and birthday parties. The position requires delivering LEGO-based programs and workshops for children aged between 5-10 years at various locations within a 10 km radius of Caulfield.
Key Responsibilities:- Create safe, supportive, stimulating, and educational environments for children participating in our programs.
- Deliver workshops to agreed content and standards.
- Ensure the team implements all relevant policies and procedures to enhance the effective and efficient management of workshops and programs.
- Be passionate about working with children aged 5-12 and have knowledge and understanding of their needs.
- Have excellent work ethic and reliable transportation to transport supplied kits and instructional manuals to class.
- Hold an employee Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Ideal experience working with primary school-aged children in a school or outside of hour care provider.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour.
