Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Assurance Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Transformation Assurance to join our team at Westpac Group.
- Coordinate and execute Assurance reviews to ensure the effective governance and quality of change execution risk within the UNITE Program (delivery and delivered risks).
- Deliver thematic and deep dive Assurance reviews that comply with the requirements of the 2nd Line Assurance Standard.
- Partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Divisional 2LOD teams and the UNITE Program to ensure that both delivery and delivered risks are effectively managed.
- Produce effective and insightful reporting to program steering committees, risk committees, and governance forums.
**What You'll Need**
- 7+ years of experience in technology risk, transformation, governance, internal audit, or similar assurance roles.
- Strong and practical understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) and experience with project software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
