About the RoleThis is a newly created role reporting to the Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management. The focus will be to support the business in its' transition to more robust risk management practices, and assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities- Supporting operations teams with regular reviews of their respective risks | risk ratings, controls and treatment plans, including emerging risks
- Encouraging and facilitating effective use of risk management tools to ensure relevant risk information is appropriately identified, captured, assessed, monitored, and reported
- Supporting the business with required risk inputs including annual declaration
- Preparing detailed reports on risk trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities and making recommendations to management for continuous improvement
- Creating & maintaining risk management information hubs, communications, and training materials
- Ensuring specific elements of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) are appropriately implemented including creating & delivering training of ERMF elements
- Supporting the development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and respective dashboards helping embed line 1 risk ownership
- Supporting the design & implementation of risk management systems to enhance the ERMF
- Supporting the establishment & administration of the Risk Governance Forum
- Previous experience in a risk management role within either the ports, aviation, transport, cruise, logistics or similar industry
- Experience in applying risk management principles and using a risk management platform
- Proven ability in challenging & influencing a multi-disciplined operation & its' business owners
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the design, development, delivery or training of risk management frameworks including process design & procedures
- Relevant Degree qualification
