Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our leadership team as Head of Operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of operational expansion plans, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment across the organization.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive priority items for growth and free up resources for strategic agendas.
  • Build and mature new capabilities, handing them off to capable managers.
  • Develop company operations with our leadership team.
  • Design and implement reporting and performance metric tracking systems.
  • Drive planning and reporting cadences, including board reporting and operational risk assessments.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements and capacity enhancements.
  • Mentor and motivate teams to maximize productivity and engagement.
  • Optimize company communications and dynamics for operational efficiency between teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and align policies with overall strategy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in high-growth companies, preferably in start-ups.
  • Broad operational experience in senior management positions, ideally in hardware/cleantech.
  • Strong motivational skillset, with expertise in motivating teams.
  • Experience in scaling company processes, systems, and teams during rapid expansion phases.
