Early Education Service Director

You will lead a passionate team, guiding the implementation of high-quality early learning programs that reflect contemporary research and best practises. Your leadership will ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and engaged in a learning environment that promotes their development.
- Work in accordance with and ensure compliance to the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
- Lead and implement high-quality early education programs for children aged 0-5 years.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, child protection legislation, and safety regulations.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with families and the community to enhance children's learning experiences.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff to promote best practises in early childhood education.
- Degree Qualification in Early Education.
- Current First Aid, Child Protection Training and WWCC.
- Ability to be approved as Nominated Supervisor.
- New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA) Early Childhood Teacher Accreditation
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work pro-actively alongside the Director working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday in the role.

- **Package**:$104,345 - $116,293 gross p.a. (Full-Time Equivalent) plus 11.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:_This is a temporary part-time position, expected to be available up to May 2026. Working 2 days per week Monday and Tuesday._**:
