The Role

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Supported Disability Accommodation. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with high physical needs and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to participants with complex needs, including those with high physical needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Assist participants with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and lifestyle choices.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • NDIS Worker Screening check and Working with Children Check.
