
Multifaceted Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Redlynch. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, maintain accurate records, and deliver outstanding customer service to our residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer all telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate files and documentation
- General administration and data entry
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
- Administrative support for other departments of the home
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a busy reception role
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- Ability to learn internal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
- Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
- Bright and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
