Job Title: Senior Proposals Manager

This is a key leadership role that oversees the development and submission of proposals for business opportunities. The successful candidate will have expertise in bid management, with experience in client-side professional services consultancy environments.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the team in preparing and submitting high-quality proposals that meet or exceed client expectations. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure that proposals are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Key qualifications for this role include strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Required Skills and Qualifications:
