Job Opportunity

The Senior Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the bid process, from initial proposal planning to final submission. This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of client needs and business objectives to create persuasive narratives that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of writers and coordinators to elevate the team's overall writing and bid capabilities
  • Craft compelling content that highlights our experience, capabilities, and client solutions
  • Collaborate closely with business units, technical leads, and subject matter experts to shape content into clear, strategic responses
  • Oversee bid strategy, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline adherence for all proposal submissions
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content creation or communications under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership or project management experience
  • Experience in bid or proposal development, or related strategic business communications
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
