About the Role- Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programs
- Oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and career pathways
- Manage graduate, trainee, and internship programs
- Lead diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives
- Deliver engagement surveys and culture programs
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Development
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
