Job Description">

As a People Capability Lead, you will have the opportunity to drive high-impact initiatives and shape the future of employee development in your organisation.

You will oversee the design and delivery of strategic people capability programs, working across departments to create a culture where everyone can thrive. This includes designing and delivering learning and development programs, overseeing leadership development, driving talent management, and managing early career programs.

  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development programs
  • Oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and career pathways
  • Manage early career programs, including graduate, trainee, and internship schemes
  • Lead diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives
  • Deliver engagement surveys and culture programs
