This role requires a Senior Asset Manager to lead the performance of industrial and logistics assets.
About the Role
- Drive asset-level financial performance, cash flow, valuations, and capex planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
- Negotiate leases to optimize income.
- Oversee budgets for capital expenditures and operational expenses across the portfolio.
- Present asset performance and strategies to senior stakeholders and investors.
- Collaborate with transactions, development, and finance teams.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management within property funds, investment management, or institutional real estate.
- Strong financial modeling skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- A proven track record of delivering improved asset performance and net operating income (NOI).
- Experience with industrial/logistics assets is preferred.
