Portfolio Lead and Reporting Specialist

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading portfolio reporting, providing consolidated updates across programs and projects, and partnering with program and project managers to ensure timely and accurate status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic plans to drive business outcomes and improve portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop proactive issue management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reliable forecasting models to track costs across capital expenditure and SaaS spend.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices in portfolio management, including process improvements and tool optimization.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to delivery teams to drive consistency and value.
  • Contribute to the preparation of robust business cases to support investment decisions.

About You:

  • A strong background as a PMO Manager or senior PMO professional with expertise in portfolio reporting, governance, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes and improving portfolio performance.
