As a key member of the team, you will act on behalf of several major banks and non-bank lenders on secured and unsecured recovery matters.

The work is fast-paced, with responsibility for managing a portfolio of files and working alongside lawyers in the team with an emphasis on compliance and quality assurance.

Your duties include:

  • Start-to-end file management
  • Preparing and issuing legal documents
  • Acting as first point of contact for clients
  • Liaising directly with customers in relation to sensitive financial matters
  • Working with lawyers to progress matters through Courts

The successful candidate must have:

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Professional outlook and self-motivation
  • Superior drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Prior law firm experience is not required, but applicants with secured or unsecured recoveries experience will be favorably considered.
