Job Title:

Sales Support Officer: A Key Role in Sales Growth

This role involves managing day-to-day operations, supporting trade and commercial sales growth, coordinating store setups, and providing insightful feedback to support national and state-based sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations and customer service for Bunnings stores nationally.
  • Manage new store setups and liaise with merchandising teams.
  • Coordinate and report on visual merchandising and store compliance (planograms, ticketing, stock levels).
  • Conduct store audits and prepare weekly audit reports.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stock queries, complaints, and Bunnings web portal issues.
  • Support sales CRM systems (including task and call planner adherence, photography and data upload).
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure alignment with sales plans.
  • Provide support in preparing and presenting sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Deliver market feedback and intelligence to management to inform strategy.
  • Participate in trade events, conferences, and engagement activities.
  • Support inventory management and product pipeline planning.
