Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to contribute to our operational excellence within a supportive team environment. This role offers a great variety of responsibilities with interfaces among multiple stakeholders in a dynamic setting, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders in the company's enterprise resource planning system, ensuring accurate prices, discounts, and product items.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and logistics teams to track order and payment status, including purchase orders, order confirmations, pickup dates, and shipping statuses.
  • Build relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with headquarters for order entry and processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Organize and provide data, reports, and general back-office support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on revenue generation.
  • Provide shipping documents to assist business personnel in controlling shipments and handling import and export matters for distributors.
  • Offer administrative support for marketing activities, contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in administrative support roles within an organization, preferably in a project-based or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and partners at various levels.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently within deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Prior experience in solar energy or related fields is a plus.
