Insurance Policy Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Policy Administrator to join our team at Aon. As an Insurance Policy Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Insurance Brokers and clients with their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
- Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has superior customer service skills and is comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent administration skills, and have experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts. You will also have a passion for client service, stakeholder engagement and insurance.
