About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our team as a Project Resource Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of all regular and recurring resource processes in the Enterprise Delivery practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding, offboarding, and change management, including security requests, building access, and workstation arrangements.
  • Leading a weekly resource meeting with the team and ensuring completion of action items.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including job requisitions, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Contract, timesheet, and chargeback administration.
  • Maintaining accurate People Metrics data and project and organizational charts.
  • Ensuring up-to-date Suncorp Intranet directory, SharePoint Directories, and People Portal information.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administration support or HR experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with recruitment coordination, resume evaluation, and candidate shortlisting.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to show initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, with strong Excel skills essential.
