Delivering Excellent Client Support

The position of User Support Specialist involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide high-level support to clients using Bloomberg’s Order Management Solutions (AIM) products.

Key responsibilities include providing fast and knowledgeable solutions to clients, leveraging product knowledge and acquired client intelligence to build and maintain credible relationships.

Client Service is critical in this role. This includes developing in-depth knowledge of our products and customers' workflows, sharing and building this knowledge across the team.

Additionally, contributing to sales campaigns and prioritizing product enhancement requests are essential components of this role.

As a User Support Specialist, you will be aligned to our industry-leading Buy-side Order Management Solutions (AIM). Your exceptional customer support skills will be utilized to enhance the client experience.

Requirements for this position include:

  • At least 3 years experience in Financial Services or Financial Technology
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in supporting or using order management or electronic trading systems
  • Knowledge of buy-side markets and full trade life cycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
