Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly within the supply chain logistics sector. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that drive results and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with our business objectives
  • Source, evaluate, and recruit top talent from various sourcing channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding processes
  • Continuously improve our recruitment processes to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the supply chain logistics industry (minimum 3 years)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and practices
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics
