Talent Acquisition Professional - Supply Chain Logistics Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions in our dynamic Supply Chain Logistics department.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to identify top candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Complete paperwork for new hires and maintain accurate records.
- Cultivate business relationships with clients and drive sales growth through a values-based approach.
The ideal candidate will have proven direct experience in supply chain logistics and excellent understanding of recruitment processes. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team are required.
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering.
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong decision-making skills and deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics.
