Supply Chain Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain logistics team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the supply chain industry.
  • Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including online platforms and professional networks.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure they meet the requirements of open positions.
  • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions, assessing their knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Complete paperwork for new hires and maintain accurate records.
  • Cultivate business development and client relationship management skills to grow our Supply Chain Logistics portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with HR professionals to drive business outcomes and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory).
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a deep understanding of 3 PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory).
  • Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Must have working rights in Australia.
