Job Opportunity:

Supply Chain Recruitment Specialist

Seeking a skilled Supply Chain Recruitment Specialist to join our team. We are a growing organization with a presence across Melbourne, committed to providing innovative recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain recruitment strategies
  • Identify and recruit top talent for logistics and engineering roles
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to find the best fit for our clients
  • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
  • Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to match them with our clients' needs
  • Complete paperwork for new hires and onboard them smoothly
  • Cultivate business relationships and drive growth opportunities
  • Provide input on service development and future directions

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (essential)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong decision-making skills and deep industry expertise
