Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology One consultant to join our team. As a senior professional, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

  • Manage and action client support cases through our ticketing system, prioritising requests to deliver high-quality service and outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and service requests.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and Technology One system capabilities, recommending solutions tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with an extended team of consulting experts to ensure client cases are resolved to the highest standard.
  • Support clients in simplifying, optimising, and modernising their business applications, empowering better business outcomes every day.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Technology One Consulting or similar experience as a user, specifically Technology One Ci A and/or Ci versions from at least 2023 to current.
  • Experience in designing and implementing business systems, specifically Technology One Ci A and/or Ci versions from at least 2023 to current.
  • Familiarity with Technology One HRP, Asset Management or Property and Rating Skills is a bonus.
  • Ability to document functional specifications and analyse customer requirements, understanding their needs and advising on how best to leverage their software investment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
