About this Opportunity

Our organisation is a key player in the aviation industry, providing safe and efficient services. We are embarking on a transformation project to improve our HR service delivery.

About the Role
  • This is a senior HR position within our Employee Support team, reporting directly to the HR Director.

You will act as a trusted advisor, case manager and sounding board for leaders across a complex environment.

  • Take the lead on high-risk employee relations cases.
  • Provide leadership coaching and support for diverse teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach operational and corporate leaders on proactive people management.
  • Manage complex HR matters, including grievances and investigations.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex HR queries.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Promote frameworks around talent and organisational change.
  • Build strong relationships with line managers and uplift their capability.

About You

We require an experienced HR professional with:

  • Strong advisory and case management experience in large, complex environments.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR frameworks.
  • A demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through complex scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields (desirable).
