
Top Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our in-house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a retail banking portfolio, focusing on sourcing top talent for corporate and community branches across an assigned geographical region/state.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail or customer-facing talent acquisition, with a proven track record of delivering premium customer service and sourcing quality talent using innovative strategies such as talent pools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive approaches.
The role requires strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in retail or customer-facing talent acquisition
- Expertise in sourcing via all channels, including proactive strategies
- Ability to promote an authentic employee value proposition
