">We are seeking a proactive and hands-on recruitment professional to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment practices, including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Build strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage high-volume recruitment.
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have experience in internal recruitment, agency, preferably with exposure to permanent placements. They should be comfortable managing high-volume recruitment and have strong stakeholder management skills.
">Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
">- Experience in proactive and creative sourcing approaches, with the ability to find top talent beyond job boards.
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, process, procedure, and employment legislation.
- Experience using a HRIS system is preferred.
