We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization.

  • Develop end-to-end recruitment practices, including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding.
  • Builde strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization, providing subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.

About this opportunity:

  • You will have experience in internal recruitment, agency, ideally with exposure to permanent placements. You will be comfortable managing high-volume recruitment.
  • You will have strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with hiring managers and external vendors.
  • You will have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and calendar coordination.
  • You will have experience in proactive and creative sourcing approaches, with the ability to find top talent beyond job boards.
