Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, you will design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to build a diverse pipeline of top candidates. As a champion of candidate experience, you will ensure that every interaction reflects our values and commitment to inclusivity, ultimately enhancing our organisational culture and efficiency. The role is based in Bendigo.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong abilities in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of prioritising multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
