Our in-house Talent Acquisition team have built a strong brand internally as experts in sourcing top talent for our organisation. Since centralizing the function in 2019, we have transformed recruitment at Bendigo Bank, and we continue to invest in and develop our team on our journey to be Australia's bank of choice.

We have a **12 month Full time Contract** opportunity for a **Talent Acquisition Advisor**to come on board and manage a **Retail Banking portfolio**. Looking after talent acquisition for both our Bendigo Bank Corporate and Community Bank branches in an assigned geographical region/state.

With previous experience sourcing talent in retail or customer facing roles from either an in-house, RPO, or agency environment you'll be the expert in talent acquisition strategies in this market. Partnering closely with your stakeholder groups you'll be given autonomy and ownership to manage your portfolio to source and secure top quality retail banking talent, as well as delivering premium customer service. You'll have demonstrated capabilities sourcing hard to fill roles using talent pools, LinkedIn Recruiter or other innovative proactive practices. Previous experience using PageUp would be amazing but is not essential.

We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025, in a local Head/Regional Office where **we are open to all locations Australia-wide.**

**What you'll bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience in retail / customer service talent acquisition or HR (preferable but not essential)
- Expertise in sourcing via all channels including proactive strategies (preferable but not essential)
- Proven ability to promote an authentic employee value proposition
