The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Coordinator to join our New Business & Enterprise Risk team on a fixed-term contract. Based in our Sydney office, you will work closely with our legal teams and the NBI team globally to ensure seamless client and matter data maintenance in our Practice Management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend to requests promptly via our workflow system to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.
- Create new clients and matter records, maintaining accurate information throughout their lifecycle, including matter plans and changes.
- Assist secretaries and the New Business Intake teams with inquiries on correct setup procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, liaising with relevant teams as needed.
- Liaise with Business Development, Business Finance and Partners regarding special client requirements and feasibility assessments.
- Transition legacy practice management data into updated structures and assist with general data cleansing.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests via email or Teams calls.
- Provide support to the Senior Matter Management Analyst and Matter Management Manager.
- Adhere to WHS obligations and responsibilities according to the role's requirements.
- Ideal education: degree or qualifications in Risk and Compliance (or related analytical fields).
- Previous experience in the Legal Sector, Risk and Compliance, or other analytical fields, including billing or finance, is highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and committed team member.

- We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and scope of this role.
