As we continue to evolve, our People & Culture team is expanding to support new HR initiatives. This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who wants to gain exposure to meaningful projects and grow within a supportive team.
About The RoleYou'll play a key part in both daily HR operations and broader HR projects, providing hands-on support with recruitment, HR admin, employee queries, and project coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing end-to-end recruitment support
- Managing the HR inbox and general employee inquiries
- Preparing employment documentation, letters, and HR correspondence
- Assisting with documentation for investigations and return-to-work processes
Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Exposure to recruitment (ideal but not necessary)
- General HR administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Free parking on site
