We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our team as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering at RMIT University. The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching and research efforts of the School, with a focus on Geo-infrastructure, road pavements, and civil engineering materials.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Civil Engineering.
- Engage in research activities, including the development of research projects, publication of research outputs, and the supervision of higher degree by research candidates.
- Participate in the School's research and industry engagement activities, including the development of partnerships with industry and government.
- Contribute to the School's teaching and learning activities, including the development of curriculum and the delivery of teaching programs.
- PhD in a related field or approved AQF equivalency with relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience and track record in the areas of Geo-infrastructure, road pavements, and civil engineering materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and industry partners.
